Brent, CEO of ICT and its subsidiaries, oversees the company’s strategic direction. Formerly the COO, he managed operations in Canada and the US. Before ICT, he held roles in marketing, manufacturing, and operations for a multinational construction company. Brent holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Calgary.

Since joining ICT in 2017, Gary Raposo, CPA, CMA has been responsible for all the financial operations of the ICT group of companies. He brings over 25 years of financial experience in the construction industry in various senior executive roles that also includes oversight of human resources, information technology and risk and legal groups.
